Hans Plechinger

Hans Plechinger is the founder of the Oberlander Horse Association.

His affection for Oberlander horses led him to establish his own base herd at Cherry Creek Ranch and then to encourage other individuals to become involved in the development of the breed.

Born in Bavaria, he enjoys the freedom offered by his beautiful ranch in BC's Rocky Mountains. An accomplished pilot as well, Hans meets all ongoing challenges with great enthusiasm and a global perspective.
