Breeding Regulations
Duties of the Canadian Oberlander Horse
Association
Article 2
- The duties of the Canadian Oberlander
Horse Association are regulated in article 4 of the
statutes of the Canadian Oberlander Horse Association.
These duties particularly include:
- the issuance and execution of breeding
programs
- the provision of advice to breeders
and horse keepers
- the maintenance of the studbooks
- the assurance of the identity of
all horses entered in the studbooks
- the issuance of breeding certificates
and accounts of ownership
- the issuance of documents for
identification (Horse ID's)
- The Canadian Oberlander Horse
Association may partially or fully transfer duties to regional
associations and other organizations.
