Duties of the Canadian Oberlander Horse Association
Article 2

  1. The duties of the Canadian Oberlander Horse Association are regulated in article 4 of the statutes of the Canadian Oberlander Horse Association. These duties particularly include:
    • the issuance and execution of breeding programs
    • the provision of advice to breeders and horse keepers
    • the maintenance of the studbooks
    • the assurance of the identity of all horses entered in the studbooks
    • the issuance of breeding certificates and accounts of ownership
    • the issuance of documents for identification (Horse ID's)
  2. The Canadian Oberlander Horse Association may partially or fully transfer duties to regional associations and other organizations.
