Covering Acknowledgements ~ Article 18
The covering acknowledgement is filled
in and signed by the keeper of the stallion or by the director
of the insemination station or his or her commissioner after
the act of coverage is completed. The covering acknowledgement
is to contain at least the following specifications.
- Covering station / insemination station
- Place of coverage
- Name, registration number and color
of the mare and name and registration number of the stallion
- All data relating to the coverage
- Name and address of the owner of the
mare
- Specification of instrumental insemination
and the person in charge.
The keeper of the stallion or the insemination
stations keeps one copy of each covering acknowledgement and
sends all of them to the office of the association after termination
of the covering season (deadline October 1).
