Breeding Regulations
Minimum Specification in the Studbook ~ Article
14
The studbook is to contain at least the
following specifications for each horse entered:
- Name and address of the breeder and
the owner.
- Date of coverage and place of coverage
of the mother, type of coverage.
- Date of birth, sex, color and markings
.
- Registration number.
- Active marking
(e.g. brand and/or microchip).
- Parents including color and registration
number.
- Four generations of ancestors (if known).
- Date of the issuance of the account
of descent.
- Judgment of the exterior.
- Results of the performance test.
- Successes at shows and awards, as far
as these are relevant for the breeding program.
- The descent:
entered sons and daughters (including their registration
numbers) for stallions, all of the descent (including the
registration numbers) for mares.
- All the results of determination of
the breeding value.
- Decisions on entries and changes in
the studbook.
- Decisions on the insemination permission.
- Date and (if known) reason of miscarriage.
- Blood type for stallions.
- Indication of twin births.
- Issuance of breeding corticated.
- Place and date of the entry.
