    • For the duration of the entry, the mare is unlimitedly cleared for breeding within its population.
    • In justified individual cases, the use of a mare can be limited to certain stallions and to limited periods of time.
  5. Re-evaluation of Mares:
    • The association may order a re-evaluation and a renewed grading of the mares after certain periods of time. Herein, more recent information on the breeding value of the mare is to be taken into consideration.
    • A re-evaluation upon application of the owner of the mare can, at the earliest, be effected in the calendar year after the first evaluation of the mare. A re-evaluation is carried out at a public event. A retroactive change of entries is only effected upon a justified application. The result of the latest evaluation is valid.
